Delivery Terms — Mushroom Matters

Revision: 2026-09-07

1. Scope and order confirmation

1.1. These Delivery Terms form part of the Public Offer and apply to Goods purchased from the Seller through mushroomatters.com or an Official chat.

1.2. Submitting an Order request does not create a payment obligation or guarantee a delivery method, timeframe or cost. Before the Buyer confirms the Order, the Seller communicates the available method, delivery destination, timeframe, delivery cost and final amount payable.

2. Delivery areas and methods

2.1. Armenia is the Seller's primary sales market, and delivery is generally available within Armenia. Delivery to another EAEU member state — Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or Russia — is available on individually agreed terms. Before the Order is concluded, the Seller and Buyer agree the applicable cooperation terms, carrier and delivery method, timeframe and cost.

2.2. The Seller communicates the carrier or other delivery method in the final Order summary. A change affecting the price or timeframe requires the Buyer's express confirmation before dispatch.

3. Delivery cost and total payable

3.1. Delivery within Yerevan is free. For any other destination, delivery is charged at the applicable carrier rate based on the location and shipment parameters. The Seller calculates and states the exact delivery cost before the Buyer confirms the Order; no delivery charge may be added afterwards without the Buyer's express agreement.

3.2. The Buyer has no payment obligation until expressly accepting the Goods, discounts, delivery cost, other disclosed charges, final amount and payment method. Customs duties or recipient-country charges for cross-border delivery are disclosed before confirmation where known to the Seller.

4. Delivery timeframe and delay

4.1. The delivery timeframe is shown before confirmation. For self-service orders in Yerevan, the precise courier appointment is arranged after payment is verified, within the disclosed timeframe. Unless the parties expressly agree another timeframe, delivery is made no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

4.2. If the Seller cannot deliver within the agreed or statutory timeframe, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers an appropriate additional period. The Buyer may cancel and obtain a refund without an additional period where mandatory law permits it, including where delivery by the agreed date was essential.

5. Risk, receipt and inspection

5.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage remains with the Seller until the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer receives the Goods. If the Buyer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the Seller, risk may pass when the Goods are handed to that carrier as provided by mandatory law.

5.2. The Buyer is encouraged to inspect the package, seal, quantity and item on receipt and report a visible problem promptly. Inspection is a convenience and is not a condition that removes statutory rights if a defect or shortage is reported later.

6. Failed, lost or damaged delivery

6.1. If delivery fails because the Buyer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address or cannot be reached at an agreed time, the parties agree a repeat delivery or cancellation and any lawful, disclosed direct cost. No charge is imposed for Goods not handed over unless the Buyer expressly agrees and mandatory law permits it.

6.2. If the carrier confirms that an Order is lost before receipt, the Seller first offers to send an equivalent replacement at no additional cost. If the Buyer does not accept that replacement or it cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, the Seller refunds the applicable amount. For a damaged, incomplete or wrongly delivered Order, the Seller offers prompt correction or replacement without limiting the Buyer’s mandatory remedies.
