Is this a liquid extract, powder or capsules?
This is a liquid mushroom extract in a 30 ml dropper bottle. During dual extraction, we use hot water and alcohol to extract compounds from the mushroom material, then filter out the solid residue and remove the alcohol. We do not add mushroom powder to the finished extract. It is ready to take, with a dropper for measuring each serving.
How do I take Reishi?
1–2 ml once daily (1 dropper = 0.5 ml). Follow the directions on the label. A 30 ml bottle lasts 15–30 days at this serving size.
When will I feel the effect?
Noticeable changes usually appear after 2–3 weeks of regular use. The timing and extent of changes vary from person to person.
How does delivery in Yerevan work?
