The TRIO set
Lion's Mane in the morning for focus, Cordyceps by day for energy, Reishi in the evening for calm. Three 30 ml bottles in one set — for less than buying them one by one.
The scheme below is a practical routine, not a protocol from studies: research does not prescribe a schedule. It simply puts each extract where people find it most convenient.
The start of a workday: Lion's Mane is chosen for focus and clarity. 1–2 ml with breakfast or in a glass of water.
Before a workout or a long stretch of work: Cordyceps is the extract people pick for energy and endurance.
A quiet end to the day: Reishi is traditionally taken in the evening, an hour or two before bed.
The same three bottles as in the catalogue — nothing is smaller or simplified in the set.

The set works well as a gift: three labelled bottles, a scheme anyone can follow, and no need to guess the person's one favourite mushroom.
Delivery is free; in Yerevan it takes 1–2 days after payment is verified. We pack carefully and never put prices inside the parcel.
Every bottle comes with a dropper: 1 dropper is 0.5 ml, the usual dose is 1–2 ml a day. A bottle lasts about a month; a course is usually 4–8 weeks.
Drops, doses and the day scheme — in the Journal →Three 30 ml bottles with droppers: Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi. The same extracts we sell separately — dual-extracted and made in Yerevan.
No. It is a convenient routine, not a rule from studies. You can take each extract at whatever time suits you — the dose on the label matters more than the hour.
At 1 ml a day of each extract, every bottle lasts about a month. At 2 ml a day — about two weeks.
Yes. The bottles are labelled and the scheme is easy to explain. We do not put prices in the parcel.
The extracts are not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, talk to your doctor first — that applies to any supplement.
The button puts the missing bottles into the cart; the set price applies automatically.
