How to take it
Every bottle comes with a dropper: 1 dropper is 0.5 ml, the usual dose is 1–2 ml a day. A bottle lasts about a month; a course is usually 4–8 weeks.

What exactly is in the set?
Three 30 ml bottles with droppers: Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi. The same extracts we sell separately — dual-extracted and made in Yerevan.
Do I have to follow the morning–day–evening scheme?
No. It is a convenient routine, not a rule from studies. You can take each extract at whatever time suits you — the dose on the label matters more than the hour.
How long does the set last?
At 1 ml a day of each extract, every bottle lasts about a month. At 2 ml a day — about two weeks.
Is the set suitable as a gift?
Yes. The bottles are labelled and the scheme is easy to explain. We do not put prices in the parcel.
Are there any contraindications?
The extracts are not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, talk to your doctor first — that applies to any supplement.
